As we began our Second Session Loris saw a floating spirit in the swamp. It turned out to be a “reflection of her power” and it asked if she “accepted or refused her birthright.” Loris “accepted it” and was given a magical gem. Also that night Labeouf left the group without warning and returned to Westgaurd in hopes of finding and helping the missing kids there. The next morning without the ranger our heroes carried on and explored a collapsed structure in the swamp. There they found a necromatic shrine that summoned skeletons and an odd pair of Necromancers. The necromancers argued with each other but agreed to let the heroes go without a fight. Our heroes returned to Ayla’s father’s house that night to rest and on their way back to Westgaurd the next morning they were caught and drafted by a group of soldiers and brought to the West-Wall. That night they defended the wall from a massive attack by rat-men that released 2 Mighty owlbears that nearly took the wall but with the guards and General Cassadin the heroes managed to defeat them.
That night the heroes got to talk to the general and Ayla at last found her father, he had also been drafted. Ayla spent the evening talking with her father and was given a powerful axe. The heroes were paid for their help and told about a pirate problem in the south. … Although Labeouf was still missing…
